Most people arrive not knowing which their application needs. It matters: one uploads with your eForm, the other is mailed to the ATF's NFA Division on a deadline.
We capture your prints once and produce whichever format your application calls for. If you're unsure, bring the instructions from your requesting agency and we'll read them with you.

Requirements are set by the agency receiving your application and can change. ATF has proposed amendments to its fingerprint and photograph requirements — confirm what yours currently requires before your appointment.
NFA & Suppressors
Six defined steps, each tied to a specific federal form. Most of the wait is ATF processing — not paperwork on your end.
We are a 10Scan partner — your Form 4 is filed digitally, start to finish. Licence scan, photo, live-scan fingerprints in about thirty seconds, and electronic submission to ATF eForms before you leave. No ink cards, no printing, nothing to post. See how it works →
You buy an eligible suppressor, or arrange for one to be transferred to our licensed premises.
The item transfers dealer-to-dealer into our inventory and is logged.
ATF Form 3 · 5320.3
Your transfer application is prepared and submitted electronically.
ATF Form 4 · 5320.4 · eForms
Completed here in the same visit on our 10Scan station — EFT file attached electronically, or FD-258 cards if your filing needs them.
FD-258 · EFT
The application enters ATF processing. Timelines vary and are outside any dealer's control.
Once the stamp is approved and all legal requirements are satisfied, you complete the transfer and take it home.
Common questions
Both are used. A trust can name more than one person able to possess the item, but every responsible person has their own fingerprint and photo obligation. An individual registration is simpler and involves one set of prints.
Government photo ID for everyone being printed, your trust documents if filing as a trust, and any instructions from the dealer you purchased through.

Booked appointments are prioritized so you aren't waiting behind a firearm transfer. Booking takes under a minute and guarantees the scanner is free when you arrive.
It depends entirely on the agency receiving your application. ATF eForms submissions generally accept an uploaded EFT file; some applications still require physical FD-258 cards mailed in duplicate. Bring your instructions and we'll produce the right one.
No. The FBI maintains a specific list of approved Channelers, and we are not on it. We provide professional fingerprint capture and prepare compatible cards and files. If your application specifically requires submission through an FBI-approved Channeler, you'll need to use one from the FBI's published list.
The paperwork on your end takes one visit. ATF processing time is the long part and varies — no dealer can promise a date. Electronic submission is generally faster than mailed cards.
Yes, if the transfer is legally permitted. The selling dealer ships to our FFL, you complete the required paperwork and background check here, and the transfer is finished if approved.
